Since my early school days, I have been inclined towards science, a passion that led me to pursue a career in biology. During my graduation at S.N College, Kollam, I was inspired by excellent faculty members, and my exposure to developmental biology during my M.Phil. further fueled my interest in research. This naturally culminated in pursuing a Ph.D. under the guidance of Prof. Bonny Pilo at The Maharaja Sayajirao University.
Over my 25-year academic career, I have received several major research grants from leading national funding agencies. To date, 25 students have been awarded Ph.D.s under my guidance. I firmly believe that science should be communicated clearly to laypeople, as this will eventually lead to the overall development of society.
